Why this one- simply because those among us who loved
Ratatouille will definitely love it…also it Inspired me to start writing blog
about stuff which I really like…so here I am writing about a movie which is a
fantastic combination of acting by MERYL STEEP, food delicacies which can bring
water in the mouth of any foodie and beautiful amalgamation of two true
stories!
I won’t reveal the story because it will kill the joy of
watching it for the first time without any preconceived notion of what’s going
to happen…though it’s not a horror or thriller story, so there is no
suspense…the smooth flow of story is like a fusion dish …each story maintaining
its own aroma…the USP of movie is the joy of cooking…which is unparalleled in
world…no art or craft involves so much passion that it can arouse and relate to
all sensory organs at same time…Meryl steep once again mesmerizes by taking us
to an altogether different realm…the innocence and tenderness….cooking is not
joyful when it is not loved...and the best food is created only when it is
cooked by someone who truly loves it….Love is the only ingredient which can
alter food altogether…maybe that’s why even the best chef
relishes his/her mom handmade food!
Movies are difficult to define…it symbolises so many thing
that it is became difficult to compartmentalise it…just like food...every
ingredient has its own distinct aroma and flavour and yet when they combine,
they produce an altogether different thing….
Since I am lazy, so I will discontinue from here….someone
interested to continue in comment section…..
P.S.:: those who are lazier than me to watch the movies-
recommendation: just watch the scene, when Meryl steep is served Fish…I don’t
think anywhere in India, fish is served in such a beautiful manner!
